Unveiling Bayan Furnished Sample House
On the weekend of 26th of July 2024, we opened up the doors of the newly furnished Bayan sample house to the public. The highly anticipated sample house saw encouraging numbers dropping by with many of them being young families and newly married couples. All our guests young and old were kept happy with all you can eat snacks and ice creams being served.
Through our market studies, we understood early on the demands for a spacious home for a variety of reasons. Whether it be for young couples with growing children, a changing work environment with a desire for home offices or even a family friendly multi-generational home with aging parents; our Bayan houses will be built ready to serve all your needs.
Suffice to say, the rest of the Bayan development is also designed with functionality in mind. Puchong Legenda as a new housing project in Puchong while also being mindful that this would be the last sizeable landed housing project in central Klang Valley dictates that we cannot allow for any inefficiencies of usage of space.
